The air-con could not be set to a temperature above 21 degrees. This was annoying considering when we checked in the air-con was set to maximum cool so the room was freezing.
1.5% surcharge for paying by Credit Card........ I cannot believe they can charge that, I have never stayed in a hotel that has charged that fee, I think they need to change their Eftpos bank.
The location and the effort by the staff.
I received the wrong meal from room servcie on my first evening. The room was clearly not vacuumed on a number of days and the pillows were very poor and contributed to a poor experience. The meals were overpriced (in particular breakfast) for the quality. Overall I was disappointed with the level of service given the reputation of this hotel.
The rooms are nice and clean and I had a comfortable stay. There is free use of internet at the hotel lobby. My husband especially liked it that there is a pub with live music just next to the hotel.
Elegant foyer greets you on arrival. For two nights we had rooms on the 'advantages' floor. Excellent decor and huge king size bed. Had an excellent dinner in the Sen5es restaurant. Didn't have breakfast.
I am so disspoited with this hotel.... this is suppose a 5 star hotel but i feel like this is a 3 star motel!!! stuff there can't even speak a proper english. Parking is terrible, service is terrible. I don't think i will ever go back again!!
Overpriced - as most places in Perth. Very worn and most rooms are noisy.
Facilities and staff excellent. Service was first class, friendly. Room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Room service good. Reasonable location if you are happy to walk to main CBD or use free bus service outside.
Buffet breakfast seemed overpriced for the choice of items. $35 per head does not match other locations with similar or better buffets for lower prices. Limited range of vegetarian options for room service had us choosing entrees. Bed a bit firm for our liking. Room prices on week nights high but that is Perth at present!
It was perfect for what we needed would go again.
the internet was horrible. the rooms looked like a 3 star or below. really basic hotel which was overpriced. bookings were incorrect. i booked rooms with two beds and when we checked in they were one bed rooms. overall not impressed.
The parking cost for a hire car are rediculus all most as much as the stay.
Friendly, Staff helpful, Liked the fact that I felt welcomed
comfortable spacious, complimentary newspapers and fruit. great comfortable king bed.
poor quality screen for watching movies adult movies a bit tame for a room with a king bed, the bath would only fit the princess and a small one at that. Paid the hotel bill in full by cash and it appears that the hotel has charged the credit card as well.
Noisy above Room 1209 Machinery or Plant that continually runs and resinates through into the room resulting in not being able to sleep.
Beautiful meals and very friendly staff made it a very comfortable stay.
Parking was a problem for our "big-ish" car.
